We make every effort to display product colours, dimensions, finishes, and materials as accurately as possible. However, natural materials such as wood, fabric, and leather may show minor variations in grain, texture, and tone. These are not defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice. Once an order is confirmed, the agreed price will not change.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, including due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Order confirmation is sent via email or SMS once accepted.

Once an order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

We accept payments via credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, and select wallets through secure payment gateways. All transactions are encrypted. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery timelines are communicated at checkout and are indicative. Delivery may be affected by location, weather, transport delays, or production schedules for custom items. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery.

Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery and report any visible damage or missing parts immediately.

You are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information, providing access to the delivery address, and arranging clear passage for large furniture items. Re-delivery charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances on your end.

Improper assembly, handling, or use of the product is the customer's responsibility and may void warranty coverage.

Our products carry a limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in workmanship under normal residential use. The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Natural variations in wood, fabric, or leather
- Wear and tear from normal use
- Damage from exposure to moisture, heat, or direct sunlight
- Modifications or repairs not authorised by us

All content on this website — including text, images, designs, logos, product photographs, and software — is our property or that of our licensors, and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
